Antiek Engels hammerless dubbelloops jachtgeweer uitgevoerd in cal 12. Boxlock met toplever sluiting. Gemaakt door de bekende maker LEWIS & CO. Dit pracht exemplaar is voorzien van alleen zwartkruit stempels. Prachtig houtwerk zonder barsten en scheuren met nog geheel goede checkering op de kolf en voorhout. Het gehele frame is voorzien van prachtige gravures en nog geheel in de color case harding. Lopen nog geheel in het originele blauw en spiegelend van binnen op enkele kleine plekjes na. Hanen spannen van binnen goed op en gaan goed af. Strakke sluiting zonder speling ook niet op de bascule.

Dit verzamel item is in Nederland vrij voor handen te hebben onder de regeling wapens en munitie artikel 18 boven de 18 jaar.

Antique English hammerless double barrel shotgun made in 12 gauge. Boxlock with top lever closure. Made by the famous maker LEWIS & CO. This beautiful shotgun has only black powder markings. Beautiful woodwork without cracks and tears with completely good checkering on the stock and fore-end. The entire frame has beautiful engravings and is still completely in the color case hardening. Barrels are still completely in the original blue and reflective on the inside except for a few littele spots. Hamers cock up well inside and go off well. Tight closure without play also not on the bascule.
